Overview:

Darkness of Knight is the first book in a fantasy trilogy I have been working on for roughly six months.  The books are about an orphaned half-elven female named Tinella Moonbeam and her struggle as a female warrior in a harsh world of monsters and hairy men who think women should faint at the sight of blood.  She is helped by Will of Socape, her best friend and once-page to her adopted father.  She must deal with the inability of the court to accept her as a knight trainee, ogres and trolls as she sets out on her own, bandits, and her past which comes back to haunt her.  So before I spoil things for you, here is a small preview of book one of the Nightengale of Dusk trilogy.
